The Citizens Foundation USA
TCF USA is an independent 501(c)(3) that works closely with a
well-respected Pakistani
organization, The Citizens Foundation (“TCF”). TCF specializes in
school construction, but since
the October 2005 earthquake, has switched its focus to providing
winter shelters and
permanent housing through a comprehensive Rehabilitation and
Reconstruction
Program for Earthquake Victims.
