Here are some of the ways TCF has changed lives across an entire country.
TCF schools maintain a balanced gender ratio close to 50% female students, a feat unheard of in majority of rural Pakistan, where the education of girls is still considered a stigma by illiterate parents.
TCF has created over 4,500 jobs across country out of which more than 3,000 consist of the women who form its entirely-female faculty.
TCF’s impact has not limited itself to its students, who have gone on to succeed on personal and professional levels and have become constructive, tolerant and socially responsible members of society. Through its dedicated base of workers who create awareness about education in its targeted communities, and supporters of all ages and backgrounds who devote their time and resources to sustaining its programs, TCF has turned ordinary citizens into agents of positive change. Everyone can make a difference. However big or small – it shall go a long way in the struggle to educate Pakistan and bring about a lasting change in its society and institutions.
