Syed Asaad Ayub Ahmad
President and CEO
He served in key positions of responsibility at Castrol, British Petroleum, Exxon-Mobil and Shell Pakistan, prior to joining TCF in 2009. His last assignment was as the Sales Director, Castrol – Pakistan.
Asaad holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelors in Civil Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi.
Khwaja Bakhtiar Ahmed
VP/ CFO/ Company Secretary
He managed fiscal responsibilities at Wyeth – Pakistan, National Construction Company and A.F. Fergusons & Co. before joining TCF in 2010.
Bakhtiar is a certified Chartered Accountant and remains a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
Tauseef Ul Islam
VP - Operations
Prior to joining TCF in 2016, Tauseef was Cluster Operations Manager, Middle East, Central Asian States and Pakistan with Shell. He also served as Regional Depot Manager, Planning and Services Manager and Distribution Strategy Advisor with the same organization.
Tauseef holds a Masters degree in Physics from University of Karachi.
Zia Akhter Abbas
VP – Inputs
Zia served in executive management roles at Standard Chartered Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, NIB Bank and Citibank in Pakistan and UAE. He was the Head of Retail Products & Segments at the Standard Chartered Bank until he stepped down in 2014 to join TCF.
He holds an International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma from Lester B. Pearson United World College, Canada and an MBA from LUMS.
Isfandyar Inayat
GM - Strategic Development Unit
He served in diverse roles at the ABN AMRO Bank, Dubai and Karachi Electric (KE). His last assignment before joining TCF in 2013, was as the General Manager, KE.
Isfandyar holds a Masters in Banking and Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Germany.
Seema Chapra
GM - Human Resource
She remained associated with Sun Trust Bank, USA before moving back to Pakistan and joining TCF in 2003. During her time in the organization she progressed through a number of roles, first as Manager Training and later as the Head of HR, before being promoted to General Manager in 2013.
Seema holds a BBA from Florida International University, Miami, USA.
Shazia Kamal
GM - Education
She served in senior management roles at Tetra Pak, Kashf Foundation and International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland prior to joining TCF in 2011. At TCF, she progressed through positions with increasing responsibility from being Head of Volunteer and Alumni Department, to Head of Education before being promoted as the General Manager in 2014.
She holds an MBA in Finance from LUMS.
Amna W. Khalid
Executive Advisor, Grants & Community Development Unit (CDU)
She has served in senior management positions at ABN AMRO Bank followed by a financial securities brokerage house and an offshore financial consultancy, before joining TCF in 2009 as a volunteer. During her time at TCF, Amna’s role progressed from managing TCF’s Adult Literacy Programme called Aagahi, to taking charge as Executive Advisor for Grants and then also the Community Development Unit.
She holds a BSc from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from LUMS and is a CFA Charterholder.
Ambreen Zaheer
Head of Quality Assurance
Progressing through the ranks, Ambreen gained extensive field experience as Regional Education Manager and Manager Monitoring and Evaluation before being named the Head of Quality Assurance in 2013.
Ambreen holds an M.Phil in Social Sciences from Hamdard University.
Malik Khalid
Head of Internal Audit
He honed his skills in his roles at the renowned audit firms like A.F. Ferguson & Co. and KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co. prior to joining TCF in 2007.
He is a CA Finalist, Fellow Member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries Pakistan (ICSP) and Fellow Member of Institute of Financial Consultants (IFC) Canada.
M.I. Ali
Head of Engineering
Ali served in positions that combined both field and management experience at Shell Pakistan, Imarat Consulting Engineers and Rashid Engineering, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia prior to joining TCF in 2009.
Ali holds a BSc from Northeast Missouri State University, USA with a majors in Civil Engineering. He is also a registered engineer with Pakistan Engineering Council, Islamabad.
